PIXEL STRUCTURE OF HORIZONTAL FIELD LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

A pixel structure for a horizontal field type LCD for improving viewing angle is provided to improve the visual effect and viewing angle of LCD by forming slits of each sub pixel and include a pixel unit inside four pixels. The pixel structure for a horizontal field type LCD comprises a plurality of pixel sections. Each pixel section comprises a gate line(1) corresponding to a pixel unit, a data line(2) and one or more TFT(Thin Film Transistor) corresponding to the pixel section. TFT is electrically connected to gate line and data line. The gate line and data line divide the pixel section into four sub pixels(4). Each sub pixel comprises a pixel electrode(5) which electrically connects to TFT. The pixel electrode comprises a plurality of slits of the prescribed direction. The area of the sub pixels is identical.
