In the present specification, disclosed is an organic light emitting display device capable of reducing a flicker phenomenon. The organic light emitting display includes an average picture level (APL) calculation unit which analyzes an input frame and calculates a first APL for the input frame; an adjustment APL generation unit which generates an adjustment APL for the input frame according to a result of comparison between the first APL and a second APL calculated with respect to a frame inputted before a predetermined time; and a luminance adjustment unit which controls luminance based on the generated adjustment APL.
