PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor buffer material capable of imparting excellent lightweight floor impact sound attenuation performance and heavy floor impact sound attenuation performance while keeping a moderate feeling of walking, and a floor material using the floor buffer material.SOLUTION: A floor material 21 is configured by arranging a floor buffer material 11 on the whole area or a part of the underside of a floor finishing material 22. The floor buffer material 11 in the floor material 21 includes at least two flexible materials 12A, 12B with different spring constants and a polymer sheet 13 disposed between the flexible materials 12A, 12B. The density of the polymer sheet 13 is higher than those of the at least two flexible materials 12A, 12B, and a product of the spring constant and the thickness of each of the at least two flexible materials 12A, 12B is different with each other. |
