The present invention relates to an apparatus for driving an ultrasonic wave to inspect a composite material of an aircraft structure which uses an ultrasonic drive apparatus to accurately and reliably inspect a structure in an aircraft. The apparatus for driving an ultrasonic wave to inspect a composite material of an aircraft structure comprises: a frame (100) wherein a first X-axis support (110) and a second X-axis support (120) are disposed in parallel with each other, and an aircraft structure (10) is positioned between the first X-axis support (110) and the second X-axis support (120); an X-axis drive unit (200) moving along a path of the first X-axis support (110) and the second X-axis support (120), wherein a Y-axis support (310) is disposed on an upper end of the frame (100) and connects the first X-axis support (110) and the second X-axis support (120); a Y-axis drive unit (300) mounted on the Y-axis support (310) to move along a path of the Y-axis support (310); a Z-axis drive unit (400) mounted on the Y-axis drive unit (300) to move in a vertical direction of the frame (100); and an ultrasonic probe (500) mounted on the Z-axis drive unit (400) to ultrasonically inspect the aircraft structure (10). |
