This invention relates to a system where chemicals are to be mixed, heated a nd circulated for de-scaling, degreasing and passivating. The inventor has work ed in marine, shipping and oil-field for nearly 35 years. He had the opportunity to attend more than one thousand four hundred ships from all over the world but, never came across a ny such equipment that could carry out the intended work with expected result. There have beep times when 2000 - 3000 kgs. of flaked chemical had to be mixed manually. Normally twa ways to de-scale and degrease the boilers, heat exchanger, chemical tanks et c. are utilized. (1) Manual and (2) Chemical. With chemical cleaning process, the cleaning period is reduced to about 20% of time required by manual cleaning but, the expected effect is still not accomplished because all the manufacturers requirements are not met with. Th is invention overcomes almost all the shortcomings. This has application in many fields such as marine, shipping, oil-field, refinery, chemical transportation, air-conditioning plants and power generating plants; just to name few. This will provide a very quick and effective means of cleaning with less labor, less expense and with less hazardous environment t o the workers. The wastage of the unused chemicals will be reduced. The system is so simple that No special training will be required to operate and manage it.
