<p>[1,2,4]Triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine derivatives of general formula (I) or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, which exhibit antagonism against adenosine A2A receptors and therefore are useful for the treatment or prevention of various diseases due to the hyperactivity of adenosine A2A receptors (such as Parkinson's disease and senile dementia), wherein R1 is substituted or unsubstituted aryl or the like; R2 is hydrogen, halogeno, lower alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or the like; R3 is hydrogen, halogeno, XR10 (wherein X is O or S; and R10 is substituted or unsubstituted aryl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl, substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl, lower alkyl, or hydroxylated lower alkyl) or the like; and Q is hydrogen or 3,4-dimethoxybenzyl.</p> |
