摘要 The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting diode comprising: an anode; a hole injection layer (HIL) formed on the anode; a hole transport layer (HTL) formed on the hole injection layer; an emitting layer (EML) formed on the hole transport layer and comprising 2-4 wt% of a fluorescent dopant and 96-98 wt% of a host; an exciton blocking layer (EBL) formed on the emitting layer; an electron transport layer (ETL) formed on the exciton blocking layer; and a cathode formed on the electron transport layer, wherein the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) level of the dopant is higher than the HOMO level of the hole transport layer and lower than the HOMO level of the host, and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) level of the electron transport layer is higher than the LUMO level of the hole transport layer and lower than the LUMO level of the host.
