PURPOSE:To set plural address stop functions easily, by substituting a assigned instruction in a program of a main storage device with a debug processor call instruction and executing this instruction. CONSTITUTION:In a debug processor 30, indication information for debugging is inputted from an input device 33, and a designated address is stored in a storage part 34, and an operation indication code is stored in a storage part 36. After a designated instruction in a main storage device 10 is saved in a storage part 35, a debug processor call instruction is written in the designated address of the device 10. Next, the instruction is read out to an instruction register 21 of a CPU20 to start the processor 30, and the CPU20 is stopped. In the processor 30, execution addresses are read out and are compared successively with the designated address stored in the storage part 34. When they coincide with each other as the resut of comparison, the operation indication code of a panel part 26 is obtained from the storage part 36. The original designated instruction saved in the storage part 35 is read out and is executed by an instruction executing part. |
