PURPOSE:To eliminate loss time by increasing or decreasing a ratio of rotary radius or that of rotary angular velocity so that an operation stroke at the time of suction becomes long from a state where a ratio of a drum rotary radius to a head turning radius is equal to a ratio of a turning angular velocity of a rotary head to the rotary angular velocity of the drum. CONSTITUTION:A rotary drum 7 which can be rotated in reference to a drum axis 5 and a rotary head 21 with a work retaining member 23 which can be rotated along an outer-periphery surface which is provided on an outer-periphery surface of the rotary drum 7 are provided and the rotary head 21 is subjected to a specified turning movement for rotation of the rotary drum 7. With a standard cycloid ration of approximately 1:10 of a head rotary radius r from a fixed axis 177 and a first turning 159 to a drum rotary radius R from a drum axis 5 to a suction nozzle 23 as a reference, a distance of plus alpha is added to the rotary radius at a side of the rotary head 21, thus resulting in a pseudo cycloid ratio of for example 1.01:10. An up/down operation stroke is secured to be long and loss time can be eliminated regardless of rotary movement.
