<p>PURPOSE:To lessen curling and to obviate the generation of defects on both surfaces by forming the unfixed image of a specific color toner on one surface of a transfer material, then forming the unfixed image of the specific color toner on another surface, thereby forming the color images on both surfaces of the transfer material. CONSTITUTION:The unfixed image of the color toner contg. color toner particles of a weight average grain size 3 to 7mum and a grain size <=4mum at 10 to 70piece%, contg. the color toner particles of a grain size <=5.04mum at a ratio higher than 40piece%, contg. the color toner particles of a grain size >=8mum at 2 to 10vol.% and contg. the color toner particles of a grain size >=10.08mum at <=6vol.% is formed on one surface of the transfer material. The unfixed image is melted by heating and is fixed to the transfer material. The unfixed image of the color toner similar to the toners described above is then formed on the other surface. The unfixed image is melted by heating. The color images are thus formed on both surfaces of the transfer material.</p> |
