PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the power consumption of a vibrator small by placing a high sensitivity data reception part, which is large in the power consumption of the vibrator, in operation only in a period in which the possibility that data are transmitted is high. SOLUTION: When a portable telephone terminates, a radio wave of, for example, 900MHz is sent to a base station as an ordinary terminating process. This radio wave of 900MHz is detected by a 900MHz detection part 10 and then a control part 12 operates the high-sensitivity vibrator data reception part 11 which receives a radio wave for high-sensitivity vibrator data receiving a radio wave for the vibrator. Consequently, the high-sensitivity reception part 11 which is large in power consumption can detect the radio wave of 900MHz. Therefore, only when the probability of termination is high, this reception part 11 can be placed in operation and the total power consumption of the vibrator 2 is reducible. |
