PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evenly coat and to prevent an extra silicon oil from remaining on an internal side of a glass cylinder in a method and a device for coating the internal side of an injector cylinder having small capacity with a silicon film. SOLUTION: A coating ring 3 is wet with a silicon oil, is inserted into an injector cylinder, and is guided along an internal wall to a shaft direction in such a way that the coating ring 3 is entirely pushed to the internal wall. When the coating ring 3 is pulled back, a ring 4 for wiping the internal wall of a direction for pulling back, which is provided at a rear section of the coating ring 3, forms an even silicon film and removes extra silicon oil. A shaft bar 2 for coating the silicon has a fluid passage extending to a shaft direction for supplying the silicon oil, and one end of the fluid passage is opened in an area of the coating ring 3. |
