<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile server which is capable of adding originating source information to facsimile data in various forms. SOLUTION: A facsimile server 2A is connected to data processors of a plurality of clients PC by a user private communication network (LAN) 7A. The facsimile server 2A sets originating source information of address, delivery, time/date and a page by the use of a CPU 21, the operation part 26 of a keyboard and a mouse, a display part 34 and an inner bus 37, and stores them in a RAM 23. In originating source information added to facsimile data, priority is given to data registered in the facsimile server or to data received from the respective data processors.</p> |
