PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize the position of a handset at night even if illumination does not exist by forming a gap between a case and the handset, leaking the emitted light of an LED at the time of call incoming, forming a hook knob with a material through which light permeates, permeating the emitted light of the LED when a call terminates and automatically radiating light. SOLUTION: A hook knob 1 and an LED 3 fitted to a substrate 2 positioned below the hook knob 1 are fixed to a case 5 where a handset 4 is stored. The hook knob 1 is formed of a material through which light permeates and permeates the light of the LED 3. Before the time of an incoming call, the hook knob 1 is below the handset 4. Even if the hook knob 1 emits light, it cannot be viewed from the outside at the time of the incoming call.
