PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce high frequency noise and leak current of an electric apparatus, e.g. a motor, without causing increase of current flowing through a switching element or resonance between lines or at the neutral due to AC short circuit between lines by using relatively small common mode choke coil and capacitor. SOLUTION: Common mode choke coils Lc are connected between an inverter 100 and an electric apparatus 101. Series circuits of capacitors Cbu, Cbv, Cbw and resistors Rbu, Rbv, Rbw are connected, at one end thereof, between the common mode choke coils Lc and the electric apparatus 101. The other ends of the series circuits are connected together and then connected with a virtual ground potential part L exhibiting a potential equivalent to the ground potential for frequency components higher than that of an AC power supply 102. |
