PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst system which can further promote coupling reaction. SOLUTION: The catalyst system contains a palladium compound, a copper compound and a quaternary ammonium compound and is used for coupling reaction. The palladium compound is bistriphenylphosphine palladium chloride. The copper compound is copper iodide. The quaternary ammonium compound is tetrabutyl ammonium fluoride or tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide. As for the solvent, tetrahydrofuran or dimethylsulfoxide is used. |
