TELEPHONE RESTRICTION SYSTEM AND MOBILE PHONE TERMINAL USED IN THIS SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that restricts a speech of a mobile phone so as not to have adverse effect onto the surrounding. SOLUTION: Each of phone terminals in the telephone restriction system has a function that inactivates a speech by a radio wave upon receiving a prescribed 1st command from radio communication and activates a speech upon receiving a prescribed 2nd command through radio communication. This telephone restriction system is provided with an entry confirmation device 34 that is placed in the vicinity of an entry to a prescribed area and transmits a 1st command to a phone terminal passing through the vicinity and entering the prescribed area by a very weak radio wave and an escape confirmation device 80 that is placed in the vicinity of an escape path from the prescribed area and transmits a 2nd command to a phone terminal passing through the vicinity and escaping from the prescribed area with a very weak radio wave.
