A device for attaching a biological sample is provided to prevent the addition or attachment of impurities and contaminant by the automation of the total processes for attaching a biological sample to a slide and to improve the uniformity of the attached sample, thereby enhancing the precision of test. A device for attaching a biological sample comprises a filter receiving part(100); a storage container control part(200) provided with a storage container loading stand and a storage container transfer device; a storage container cover opening part(300) for opening the cover of the storage container; a filter control part(400) connected with the filter receiving part to load the filter supplied from the filter receiving part; an air control part(500) capable of moving vertically for the close adhesion to the filter; and a slide control part(600) provided with a slide loading stand and a slide transfer device.
