<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starter 1 capable of preventing position dispersion of an M-contact 18. <P>SOLUTION: A metallic M-terminal plate 20 is held to a grommet 25 mounted to a yoke 5 of a motor 2. The M-terminal plate 20 is inserted in a through hole of the grommet 25, and one end projects inside the yoke 5 from the through hole. A pigtail 8a of a positive electrode brush 8 is connected to this one end side of the M-terminal plate 20, and the other end side projecting to the outside of the yoke 5 from the through hole is inserted in a resin cover 14 of an electromagnetic switch 3 from an insertion groove formed in the resin cover 14 to form the M-contact 18. The M-terminal plate 20 is positioned in an inserted direction with respect to the grommet 25 and regulated in movement to the switch side and motor side. The other end side of the M-terminal plate 20 inserted in the resin cover 14, that is, the position of the M-contact 18, is thereby stabilized without dispersion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
