<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate member for a fuel cell surely preventing deterioration caused by fluid. <P>SOLUTION: The plate member for the fuel cell constitutes a fuel cell having a cell formed by stacking together with a membrane electrode assembly, and has a passage forming part 31 for forming a fluid passage for supplying and exhausting fluid between the membrane electrode assembly and/or the cell.
