<p>A computer system, which carries out coding/decoding comprised of a plurality of processes for dynamic image data, includes a plurality of computer resources; a state recording unit for recording any one of states of impermissible execution, permissible execution, ongoing execution, and execution completion; and a dependent relation defining unit for showing dependent relations among a plurality of the processes, wherein the state recording unit renews a state from the ongoing execution of one process to its execution completion in response to the completion of one process for a certain image block and, with reference to the dependent relation defining unit, specifies one or a plurality of processes that become the permissible execution by the execution completion of one process, and the state recording unit allocates at least one process of the permissible execution to one of a plurality of the computer resources so as to make it execute, and renews at least one process from the state of the permissible execution to that of the ongoing execution.</p> |
