PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag for holding pet feces, having water-impermeability and being collectively disposable as a flammable garbage, after use. SOLUTION: The bag for holding pet feces is made of a composite sheet constituted of a paper layer and a biodegradable resin layer, formed on the inner face of the paper layer.
