<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for obtaining an output reflecting characteristics of a reproduction apparatus and an intention of data creator for audio data and moving picture data. <P>SOLUTION: When making various data, i.e., a coded electric signal accompanied by lapse of time into a file, an output control parameter for controlling an output state of data in an output apparatus for outputting data is also stored in the file.
