A layout for an LCD manufacturing process, an LCD manufacturing method, and a hardening device for an LCD manufacturing process are provided to reduce a tack time of an entire process, and improve removing of a static electricity of a substrate by providing a large amount of ions to the substrate for a long time during a thermal hardening process of the substrate, and allowing the ions provided to the substrate to flow with the air flowing within a chamber. A bonding unit(10) bonds a pair of substrates(2) for manufacturing an LCD. A hardening unit receives the bonded substrates, hardens a sealant, and includes an ion providing part(31) that forms ions to the substrate while an operation for sealant hardening is performed. The hardening unit includes a UV hardening part(20) performing UV hardening, and a thermal hardening part(30) hardening thermally the UV-hardened substrate with high-temperature heat.
