PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable electronic apparatus having a configuration that prevents the occurrence of radiation of radiated noise while utilizing a connecting sheet metal as a power supply line. SOLUTION: A circuit board 70 is configured such that a plurality of electronic components 71 are formed on one face side while a shield case 60 is arranged such that the one face side is covered. The other face side of the circuit board 70 is formed with a battery connection terminal 72 for achieving electrical conduction in-between the electronic components 71 formed on the one face side.
