PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a clip pedestal in a part near the swing center of a garnish by preventing interference of the part near the swing center of the garnish with a car body or the other door.SOLUTION: The door garnish fitting structure is configured by fitting a garnish 40 made of a resin injection molded article to a door vehicle outer surface 25A fitted to a car body 13 so as to swing. The garnish is slender from the swing base end 41 of the swing center 17 side of the door toward a swing tip 42. The garnish has an outer surface 44 opposite the surface of the vehicle outer surface of the door. A thin part 50 having the outer surface approaching the surface of the vehicle outer surface of the door is formed near the swing base end of the garnish. An auxiliary member 80 is joined to the inner surface 43 of the portion of the thin part. A clip pedestal 101 for fitting a clip 71 is formed in the auxiliary member.
