PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing cartridge capable of easily circulating a developer in a developing roller support part.SOLUTION: A developing cartridge 1 having a base frame 32 supporting a developing roller 2 and a cover frame 33 welded to the base frame 32 is provided with a center part 53 swelling to behind and above a welding part (an inclined wall 77 and an inclined wall 78) for a cover frame 33 on the side of a developing chamber 120 in the right/left directional center of the cover frame 33. The center part 53 has a parallel wall 58 and an inclined wall 59 forming an obtuse angle with the parallel wall 58, and the inclined wall 59 is positioned behind and above a welding part (the inclined wall 77 and inclined wall 78) on the side of the developing chamber 120.
