PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric leakage determination device capable of more suitably executing electric leakage determination.SOLUTION: An electric leakage determination device 20 obtains the peak value of an AC signal pressure-divided by a resistor and the insulation resistance component of a high voltage circuit in the output state of the AC signal to the high voltage circuit via the resistor 26, and determine the presence of electric leakage in the high voltage circuit 100 and a vehicle body. The electric leakage determination device can switch the frequency of the AC signal between a first frequency f1 and a second frequency f2 lower than the first, and carries out first determination to whether the peak value is less than a predetermined threshold value in the set state of the frequency of the AC signal set to the first frequency f1, and second determination as to whether the peak value is less than the predetermined threshold value in the set state of the frequency of the AC signal set to the second frequency f2 when the peak value is less than the predetermined threshold value in the first determination.
