PURPOSE:To manufacture a magnetic core which is excellent in wear resistance, by making an adhesive agent to which a granulated substance has been added, adhere onto the surface of a thin plate having high magnetic permeability, and after that, forming a core material by cutting it, and lamineting and the welding this core material. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive agent to which inorganic substance insulator particles 15-60wt% whose size is 15mum or less have been added is made to adhere so as to be 1-20mum in thickness, on one surface or both surfaces of a thin plate 4 having high magnetic permeability, which has been drawn out in the direction as indicated with an arrow 12 from a hoop material 5, by an adhering device 6, and after that, the adhesive agent is hardened through an electric furnace 7, is led into press equipments 8a, 8b, a prescribed core half-body is punched, it is laminated, and a core block 9 is obtaind. Subsequently, this core block 9 is pressed by force F in the directions as indicated with arrows 14, 15, welding parts 10, 11 are welded intermittently, and after that, the core block 9 is separated from the parts 9a, 9b which are not welded, and is annealed so as to be magnetized at 1,000-1,200 deg.C. |
