PURPOSE:To manufacture the reliability of a product and to reduce the manufacturing cost by simultaneously hermetically sealing members formed of a coated material of a bonding brazing material to form a sealed vessel. CONSTITUTION:A frame 22 is disposed on one surface of a partition plate 21, two frames 23, 24 are disposed on the other surface, a heat transfer fin 15 is disposed in the frame 22 to ventilate in a vertical direction, and a heat transfer fin 13 is disposed between the frames 23 and 24 to ventilate in a horizontal direction. With a unit structure constructed as described above is laminated through the plate 21, the both ends of the laminate are interposed at both sides of a terminal plate 20, and formed to alternately dispose a coolant condensing chamber 8 and cooling chamber 9. In this case, at least the plate 21, and the frames 22-24 of the components are all formed of the material coated with the brazing material, and the members are simultaneously brazed. Thus, welding works required for complicated steps are eliminated to equalize the quality of the hermetical seal, and to prevent foreign materials from entering by sputtering at welding time. |
