PURPOSE:To make a reversing operation correspond to the speed of a slide by providing an up-and-down and horizontal moving body interlocked with a lifting operation of a working rod, on a base frame, and costituting a titled device so that a receiving base is depressed, when a blank is inserted and held, and reversed. CONSTITUTION:In order to deliver and reverse a blank W carried from a feed bar, a reversing device consisting of upper and lower units 1, 2 is provided. An operating mechanism 15 for moving up and down a moving body 14 by interlocking with a descent and an ascent of a working rod 4, and an operating mechanism 16 which is interlocked with a descent and an ascent of a working rod 5 and separates and contacts a horizontal moving body, and is moved to and from each other by following an operation of the mechanism 15 are provided on a base frame 8. When the plank W is inserted and held by a finger 10 and reversed, a receiving base 9 is depressed by a working rod 6 and reset so as to avoid an interference of the reversing operation.
