POWER SOURCE CONTROL CIRCUIT OF MICRCOMPUTER

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the power source control circuit of the microcomputer which does not destroy data being processed even if a switch is turned OFF in a power source control circuit which performs power-ON/OFF control over a microcomputer system. CONSTITUTION:The output of a momentary switch 4 is connected to the input of a single-pulse generator 7, whose output signal is connected to the input port 24 of the microcomputer 1 through a transistor(TR) 9, so when the momentary switch 4 is depressed in a power-ON state, predetermined processing is performed in the microcomputer 1 according to its depression signal and then a set/reset flip-flop 12 is reset. Therefore, the power source can be turned OFF without destroying data being processed.
