PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved convenient device and a method for economically dispensing a low viscous material under control by means of a unit dispensing system. SOLUTION: An ampul used in a dispensing syringe system for dispensing out low viscous material such as liquid, gel, and paste under control is provided with a main body part 12, a sealed end part 14 and a sealed dispensing part 16. A sealed rear end part in the ampul is matched with a plunger 26 in a syringe 24 so that the low viscous material can be dispensed under control. The syringe 24 is provided with a plunger to be gripped for removing a crushed ampul 10 and a breakable port positioned for controlling the initial flow of the dispensed low viscous substance.
