<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the manufacturing process of a high-voltage transformer for a microwave oven and, at the same time, to reduce the manufacturing cost of the transformer by simplifying the insulation structure of the transformer. SOLUTION: In a high-voltage transformer for a microwave oven, an E-shaped core 1 having a plurality of channels formed for successively inserting a primary coil, a filament coil 7, a pass core 9, and a secondary core 11 and an I-shaped core 3 are formed so that the cores 1 and 3 can be brought into contact with each other. A bobbin 20 made of an insulation material is arranged on the internal surface of each channel of the core 1 and terminal support blocks 23 are respectively fixed to the external surfaces of the cores 1 and 3. In addition, terminals 21 are respectively connected to the blocks 23.</p> |
