<p>The invention relates to foam polystyrene sheet made ofpolystyrene resin suitable for moulding deep-drawn productscontaining from 1 to 15% rubber component the particle of which intheir greater majority have sizes smaller than 0.45 m. One or twofilms can be extruded or applied on the sheet of foamedpolystyrene before its heat moulding. By the method the sheet ispreheated, fitted between profile matching punch (10) and die (50)and the moulding elements are moved to end position where vacuumis applied across the punch and the die on both sides of theporous sheet.
