PURPOSE: A method for removing a noise of a volume adjusting device using an encoder is provided to remove a noise generated by a mechanical property of an encoder with the minimum time of a continuous pulse generation in accordance with a revolution for minute of an encoder. CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer initializes a system for converting the mode into a noise automatically removing mode for removing a noise being generated by an encoder(S510). It is judged whether an interrupt source pulse being inputted to the microcomputer is a low level status or not(S520). If an interrupt source pulse being inputted to the micro computer is a low level status, it is judged whether the first and the second interrupt pulse are inputted or not from the encoder(S530). If the first and the second interrupt pulse are inputted, a time set in an internal memory is counted(S540). If other interrupt pulse is inputted(S550), it is judged whether the counted time is identified with the set time(S560). If the counted time is identified with the set time, an interrupt pulse for adjusting a sound volume is sensed. If the first interrupt pulse is a high level status(S570), a sound volume adjusting up-pulse is generated(S590) for increasing a sound volume and the up-pulse is outputted to a sound volume control unit. If the first interrupt pulse is a low level status, a sound volume adjusting down-pulse is generated for decreasing a sound volume and the down-pulse is outputted to a sound volume control unit.
