PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt-attached maternity band so designed that a pregnant woman can easily put on and off a belt, and the upper part of her hip or her buttocks as well as her belly part can be protected and warmed. SOLUTION: The belt-attached maternity band is provided with the following: a maternity band body 12 formed into a cylindrical shape and having stretchability at least in such a direction that the cylindrical shape gets wider; a waist supporting part 14 arranged at the upper part of the back side of the maternity band body 12 and formed so as to be more anti-stretching than the maternity belt body 12; and a first belt member 21 and a second belt member 22 arranged along the lower belly part of the pregnant woman, so designed as to fix one end 81 of the first belt member 21 and one end 91 of the second belt member 22 via the waist supporting part 14, extending in a downwardly slanting direction from the waist supporting part 14, so designed that the other end 82 of the first belt member 21 is detachable from the other end 92 of the second belt member 22 on the front face side, and formed so as to be more anti-stretching than the maternity belt body 12; and the back face side of the maternity belt body 12 is also extended in a downward direction.
