<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starter having a one-way clutch 5 capable of preventing relative rotation of a washer 9 and a clutch outer 5a. <P>SOLUTION: The washer 9 for preventing slipping-out of a clutch inner 5b is arranged in a disc spring shape by inclining the outer diameter side in a tapered shape in a state before installing a clutch cover 10, and is fixed in a state of being axially compressed by deflecting a disc spring part 9a between an end surface of the clutch outer 5a and the clutch cover 10, by caulking and fastening the clutch cover 10 to a shoulder part of the clutch outer 5a. Thus, since frictional force acting on a contact surface between the washer 9 and the clutch outer 5a increases, when a rotating speed of the clutch inner 5b exceeds a rotating speed of the clutch outer 5a, following rotation of the washer 9 to the clutch inner 5b can be prevented, and the relative rotation of the clutch outer 5a and the washer 9 can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
