PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of conventional live decoy fishing of sweetfish causing the retarded motion of the decoy sweetfish by the weight of a fishing line and the movement of the fishing line blown by wind to reduce the fishing result. SOLUTION: The use of a float in the live decoy fishing of a sweetfish can absorb the weight of a fishing line with the float, and absorb the load applied by the fishing line blown by wind.
