A detector device (100) for radiation therapy comprising an array of detector cells is provided. Each detector cell (201) comprises an electronic circuit (212) connected to a sensor cell (210) that generates a charge signal in response to an incident radiation hit. The electronic circuit (212) comprises at least two discriminators (220, 221) and at least two analogue counters (230, 231), and is adapted to simultaneously perform two different measurements on the signal in order to simultaneously provide imaging and dosimetry.
