PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aiding device for opening a bag mouth which is designed so that the mouth of a vinyl chloride bag, polyethylene bag, or aluminum bag can be opened with hands easily. SOLUTION: The aiding device A for opening a bag mouth includes an aiding device substrate 1 in which a rubber sheet 11 with a large number of projections 10 on its upper face is stuck to the upper face of a base 12 and a both-sided adhesive tape 13 is stuck to the underside of the base 12. A finger 40 is pressed against a polyethylene bag 3 placed on the upper face of the rubber sheet 11, and it is rubbed lengthwise or sidewise, thereby opening the mouth 30 of the polyethylene bag 3.
