PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool usable universally in editing operation statistical information, and to correctly perform editing by automatically correcting the shift of one day between the date provided to an operation statistical information file as an input and the date of an object record output to the operation statistical information file during editing work. SOLUTION: When the operation statistical information file is read, it is recognized whether the date provided to the operation statistical information file matches with the dates of the start line and the final line of the object record (Step 112) to automatically detect day straddle, and file date is corrected (Step 114).
