PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection screen capable of reducing wound shape or a pressed mark though it is thin in thickness and is easily wound up, and a screen device. SOLUTION: The reflection screen 120 is wound up by a winding shaft 130 to be retracted and is unwound from the winding shaft 130 in use. The reflection screen 120 includes a reflection layer 126 which reflects incident light 10, a transparent surface protective layer 128 provided on a surface 127 side of the reflection layer 126, and a backside protective layer 122 provided on a backside 125 side of the reflection layer 126, wherein as between the surface protective layer 128 and the backside protective layer 122, the one that has a higher loop stiffness value, faces inward when the reflection screen is wound up by the shaft 130.
