METHOD FOR FIXATION OF AORTAL PROSTHESIS IN NARROW AORTAL VALVE

摘要

A method for the fixation of the aortal prosthesis in the narrow aortal valve comprises the step of the direct control of the quality of fixation when the separate U-shaped sutures are applied. The combined aortal-ventricular fixation with the separate sutures is used. The total number of the sutures is 16-17 with 6-7 of this total being fixed passed on the external side of aorta via Teflon band at the projection of non-coronary cusp of the dissected aortal valve over the fibrous ring with partial involvement of the aortal wall. The rest of U-shaped sutures are fixed at the projection of left and right coronary cusps of the aortal valve.
