The present invention relates to a remote EMS training system. The remote EMS training system is provided to connect an application of a user terminal and an electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) device which induces the contraction and the relaxation applying micro current to muscle of a user; and perform remote support type exercise coaching, thereby reducing high costs caused by a conventional one-to-one training type; and enabling the user to receive low costs EMS training. The present invention is provided to enable a manager of a remote coaching center to extract content related to an exercise method proper to exercise purpose and exercise information from a server based on the information of the user, and transmit the content to the user terminal, thereby offering the exercise method and an exercise set for the user. |
