PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage in which a taste like Sake, in particular a taste like a fermented Sake, can be felt, despite the low alcohol content.SOLUTION: In a beverage having an alcohol content of less than 3%, a taste like Sake of the beverage is augmented, or a taste like Sake is imparted to the beverage, by adding maltotriose and maltotetraose by 0.3 g/100 ml or more in total, as well as by adding acesulfame potassium; in particular, a taste reminiscent of fermented Sake (fermented Sake taste), is imparted.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
