PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell marker/specific ligand proangiogenic system, in which a cell marker is present on an outer membrane of a cell.SOLUTION: The cell/marker specific ligand proangiogenic system, in which the cell marker is present on the outer membrane of the cell, comprises: (a) an endothelial precursor cell (EPC) comprising a cell marker selected from a group consisting of Eph (in particular EphB4 or EphB1); and (b) a protein material represented by a structure formula: L-K(I), in which the protein material consists of a ligand (L) specific for the marker, which is associated or fused with a binding protein (K), the system providing a cell material represented by a structure formula: EPC-Eph-L-K(II) which stimulates angiogenesis. The invention also concerns the cell material as a product capable of stimulating angiogenesis, a preparation method thereof and a therapeutic use thereof, in particular with respect to vascular insufficiency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
