PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that exhibits good results in all of a heat-resistance storage property, low-temperature fixability, cleaning performance, and stress resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a toner containing at least a binder resin and a mold release agent, where the average aspect ratio of the mold release agent in a torn surface image of the toner using a transmission electron microscope is 31 or more; the amount w of the mold release agent extracted from the toner by using n-hexane is 50 mg≤w≤100 mg per 1 g of the toner; a component of the extracted mold release agent has two or more endothermic peaks; the average circularity Rave. of the toner under the analysis condition in measurement using a flow type particle image analyzer is 0.960≤Rave.≤0.980. The analysis condition 1: particle size limitation 1.985 μm≤equivalent circle diameter (number standard)<200.0 μm; analysis condition 2: particle shape limitation 0.200≤circularity≤1.000; analysis condition 3: limited number of particles (number of particles satisfying the conditions 1 and 2) 4,800 or more and 5,200 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A |
