A fuel distributor (1) which serves in particular for fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing, applied-ignition internal combustion engines comprises a tubular main body (3). Here, an inner wall (4) of the tubular main body (3) delimits an elongate fuel chamber (5). The tubular main body (3) is formed from a plastic. On the tubular main body (3) there is provided at least one passage opening (7 to 15) which, at the inner wall (4) of the tubular main body (3), issues into the fuel chamber (5) eccentrically with respect to a longitudinal axis (2) running centrally through the elongate fuel chamber (5). In this way, the strength of the fuel distributor (1) can be improved.
