PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corn fermented product that is easily eaten by anyone, contains nattokinase and vitamin Kwhich are functional components of conventional natto produced by fermenting soybeans using Bacillus natto, reduces stickiness and smell peculiar to conventional natto, and uses corn which is a low cost raw material, and to provide a method for producing the corn fermented product.SOLUTION: A substrate prepared by inoculating Bacillus natto to corn is placed in a fermentation vessel, and then fermented in a fermenter to produce a fermented product.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
